PIANO LESSONS

I started teaching piano when I was a student at Dartmouth College, employed as a TA for a music theory course, and I've been teaching ever since!  I work with students of all ages, including both beginners and advanced pianists.  As part of my current full-time position, as Professor of Music and Theater at CT State Norwalk, I teach multiple sections of piano courses.  See below for different ways to take lessons:

Take an online piano class at CT State Norwalk: 

 

This is great for beginning and intermediate students.  We offer both piano one and piano two courses (15 weeks each), whereby students have access to 25 tutorials on how to play songs, scales, chords, etc. in addition to private online lessons 1x a week.  If you'd like a syllabus for the course, please email christine.mangone@ctstate.edu. Take private lessons: 

 

The cost breakdown is as follows:

  • $45 per 1/2 hour / $90 per hour (if I come to you in Norwalk/New Canaan areas)

  • $40 per 1/2 hour / $80 per hour (if you come to me)

  • $30 per 1/2 hour for online private lessons (for beginning/intermediate students)
